AudioShield Pro Voice Recorder Blocker | 300° Ultrasonic Jammer

AudioShield Pro Voice Recorder Blocker | 300° Ultrasonic Jammer

The AudioShield Pro Voice Recorder Blocker is an ultrasonic voice recorder blocker, also described as a voice recorder jammer, for controlled testing of exposed microphones. It emits high-frequency ultrasound that may appear as white-noise-like distortion in recordings made by compatible smartphones or digital voice recorders. The listed coverage angle is 300°. The supplier has not published a verified microphone-interference distance. Unlike an RF jammer, this device targets microphone audio rather than cellular or WiFi signals.

Product Features

• Ultrasonic system: Generates ultrasonic energy intended to introduce white-noise-like artifacts into exposed recorder microphones
• Coverage pattern: 300° manufacturer-stated directional spread
• Control: Dual-switch operation with wireless remote control

Technical Specifications

• Recorder interference distance: Not specified by the supplier; do not confuse with remote-control distance
• Directional ultrasonic coverage: 300° (supplier-stated; not a guarantee)
• Remote control distance: Up to 50 m (164.0 ft); this is NOT the recording-interference distance
• Battery capacity: 4000mAh rechargeable
• Dimensions: 140 × 70 × 32 mm (5.5 × 2.8 × 1.3 in)

Applications and Limitations

For consent-based microphone response demonstrations, authorized privacy-equipment comparisons and controlled audio tests involving smartphones, digital voice recorders and recording pens with exposed microphones. Results depend on microphone response, microphone orientation, distance and room surfaces. IMPORTANT: This ultrasonic voice recorder blocker acts on microphones exposed to its ultrasonic field only. It is not expected to work when the recorder is inside a pocket, handbag, closed bag or behind other acoustic barriers. It cannot prevent the camera from recording video, does not erase files or encrypt recordings, and cannot guarantee distorted audio on every microphone.

Placement and Operation

Place the emitter on a stable surface with the ultrasonic array facing the uncovered recorder microphone, ideally at a comparable height with a clear sound path. Select a supported mode and evaluate a short sample with the target model. Ultrasound does not reliably pass through clothing, pockets, handbags or closed cases; neither full interference nor any particular range is guaranteed.
